Your Responsibilities:
- Preparing various pasta products, pastries, and granules.
- Preparing and working with ingredients according to recipes.
- Operating and monitoring ovens and processing equipment.
- Ensuring quality and hygiene standards.
- Checking raw materials and inventory levels.
- Assisting in the development of new products.
- Cleaning production and work equipment.
- Packaging and filling finished products.
Your Profile:
- Completed training as a baker or comparable qualification.
- At least 5 years of professional experience.
- Manual dexterity and a passion for the art of baking.
- Proficiency in working with various types of dough, ingredients, and baking methods.
- A reliable, meticulous, and independent work ethic.
- A sense of responsibility and flexibility in handling a variety of tasks.
- Strong commitment to quality and high standards regarding the freshness, taste, and presentation of products.
- Enjoyment of hands-on work and a passion for high-quality baked goods.
- Ability to work well in a team and an open, collegial personality.
- Willingness to adhere to and implement all hygiene, quality, and safety standards.
- Solid knowledge and experience in operating technical equipment.
- Creativity and interest in the further development of existing products as well as in the implementation of new recipe ideas.
- Physical fitness and stamina for work in the production area, involving a combination of standing, walking, and heavy lifting.
